Promoted SDK users cannot post in admin can only post communities#171

We have communities that allow only admins can post, its purpose is for announcement. We don’t want general users to post in these groups so we turned on “Only admin can post” feature on ASC console, and promote our staffs to moderator role, but they’re still cannot post.

It seems like admin can only post via asc console, not from our app. Another issue is, when posting via asc console, admin doesn’t receive any notifications for new comments etc.
